With more than 25 years of serving clients worldwide, Cheryl’s expertise encompasses the intersection of technology and the human work experience — and how an organization gets the most value out of both. She is a leader in and at the center of differentiated solutions. Her specialties include digital program activation, technology-enabled organization transformation, and agile delivery.

She is passionate about helping clients create a future workforce. Her workplace strategies leverage data and analytics, foster collaboration and innovation, and enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Suzanne Williams elevates organizational and human performance by helping clients see possibilities and realize results. Drawing upon her extensive experience as a senior executive with global brands including Accenture, Avanade, and Oracle, Suzanne works with individuals and groups at the intersection of challenge and opportunity by offering strategic advisory, executive and team coaching, and meeting design and facilitation services.        

Suzanne has advised hundreds of global and domestic clients in the private and public sectors on strategies to optimize business outcomes and drive transformational change. She holds a graduate degree in Organizational Systems Design and Renewal and certificates in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance and Human-centered Design. Suzanne is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Association of Change Management Professionals.

Eddie has over 24+ years of experience working across industries globally where he has transformed businesses in the realm of inclusion, diversity, and equity (ID&E). As an operational executive, Eddie has utilized his inspirational leadership style and skills to build organizations that understand the importance of reflecting the communities they serve, valuing diversity and diverse perspectives, having a global lens, and making inclusion & equity paramount in achieving business success.  His expertise lies in helping drive strategic focus on ID&E, cultural competence, and inclusive leadership & hiring to help individuals, teams, and organizations thrive. Eddie’s 24+ year career took him through several northwest companies–Microsoft, Starbucks, Avanade, and Amazon. Eddie is a sought after speaker, trainer, leadership advisor, and consultant.  Eddie is also the co-author of the book Daily Practices of Inclusive Leaders: A Guide to Building a Culture of Belonging.
